The model of traffic flow of the city

Bakulich O.O., Samoylenko E.S.

The article highlights the research results the definition of «efficient» vehicles each category.

Object of study – distribution of vehicles registered in the State departments of Kyiv by brand and model.

Purpose of the study – create statistical models of traffic flow.

It is noted that the quantification of anthropogenic impact from traffic flow, operating in large cities, is a time-consuming task that can be solved only approximately. In this regard, the analysis of major domestic and foreign valuation methodologies mass emission of pollutants by transport streams. The analysis allowed to classify these techniques and identify major shortcomings in them.

It is created a statistical model of traffic flow, which represents a combination of «efficient» vehicle respective categories. Model «effective» traffic flow may be recommended for use in bench testing environmental performance of cars in different categories.

The results can be used to assess the mass emissions of pollutants from traffic flow and forecasting of traffic flow pollution levels in cities of different road conditions.

Optimization of goods delivery distribution system

Kotsuk O.J., Bakulich O.O., Musatenko O.V.

The article highlights the research results of the optimization of goods delivery distribution system.

Object of study - the delivery of goods hierarchical distribution systems.

Purpose of the study - determine the conditions necessary to justify the existence of distribution systems with more rational levels and the number of distribution centers to possible transportation technologies.

Methods of the study: Methods of Operations Research to solve optimization problems, provision of economic theory to establish the cost of the goods delivery with the use of compositions.

It is noted that the delivery of goods in the distribution system implemented through the supply chain. So researchers focused their attention on solving practical problems rationalize the structure of the supply chain. More difficult task is to develop a distribution system, because the territorial location of warehouses defined: material flow capacity, demand on the market, the size of the region and the concentration of service consumers, especially the communication ties and more. Among the ways of solving this problem isolated groups such methods as the method of exhaustive search options, heuristics, determine the center of gravity method, a method of test points, the pilot project. Typically as the performance criteria taking the cost of the system, profitability, demand for products, the duration of customer service, limit the cost of goods and so on. The models can solve the problem in specific conditions in the presence of comprehensive information about the geography of consumers and the consumption of goods but poorly focused on the accounting features provide transport goods distribution process.

The task of optimizing the distribution of goods delivery system formulated as follows.

Let region with area S from overseas supply products with time interval T. The intensity of consumption goods is λ per unit area. The region has a hierarchical system with N storages that address the needs of consumers. All storages of one hierarchical level serving the same area (district) and approximated by circles. Insurance stocks stored in distribution storages. Road transport can use the shuttle and deliver traffic routes at different hierarchical levels of the system. It is necessary to establish a rational number of distribution centers and volume of party supplies.

Received by analytical mathematical expressions for parameter optimization distribution system represent a system of transcendental equations whose decisions may only get graphical or numerical methods.

The mathematical model of the goods delivery to describe the patterns of process the goods delivery in distribution systems for the rational strategy of inventory control and efficient formation of topological structures.

Results of the study can be used for improvement of production, transportation and trade enterprises and organizations.

Projected assumptions about the object of study - the development of a rational organizational structure of the distribution system based transport technologies.

Philosophy and economic science

Syniakov S.V., Yurchenko E.A.

This article analyzes the issue of socio-cultural conditioning of science, philosophical and ideological conditions of economic knowledge, the conceptual bases of economic theories are examined.  The convergence of philosophy and economic knowledge means creating the bridge on both sides, from the economic science and from philosophy, and thus entails correlative changes in the interpretation of general educational program. For example, political economy is closely linked with such key concepts of human society as good and evil, justice and injustice, equality and inequality. From its part, the philosophy has to do with understanding and interpretation of economic goals and, where there are goals of people, the values are certainly present. Therefore, by the same definition, political economy is riddled with ethical beginning, the study of economic activity can not avoid a moral dimension. This is all the more necessary given that economic interests are often identified with self-seeking interests, and morality - with generosity. Therefore, philosophical and epistemological analysis of value-worldview  knowledge should continue to focus on clarifying its place and importance in various stages of research, as well as way of penetration and forms of the presence in the content of knowledge. The above trend analysis of scientific knowledge is particularly fruitfully applied in social and economic sciences because it allows a fresh look at the structure and organization of scientific research, it opens new avenues and opportunities to explore regulatives and incentives of academic studies of scientist, conditions of choice and the benefits of theoretical and methodological tools of  knowledge, scientific work. Such approach allows you to set specific communication channels between economic science and cultural environment, different areas of spiritual culture, social consciousness, in which this approach finds its ideological orientation and studies the subject.

Object of research is changing payment system with generation XYZ.

Methods - comparative and expert analysis, the dialectical method, methods of economic, historical, logical and systematic analysis and synthesis.

In the financial world where previously the principal and principal in the transaction between the seller and the buyer were a bank in the future will be strong competitors who already offer closed payment eco-system. Famous corporations conduct testing of personal banking services are banking license and will launch its lending platform based on social accounts.

Most modern people are linked directly to e-money and pocket money to their children no longer paper. The world is rapidly developing under their requirements.

In the historical analysis can track the change in payment invention since the 50s.

Generation X prefer "safe" banking. They want to see a specialist to perform the transaction. They are attracted by the procedure of payment. During the long period of time, they went to the banks, communicate with bank officials received documents and signed them. This gave hope to the principle of security. Bank - a first trust that your transaction will be executed. Generation X - is a generation that are critical and fear related to virtual money as an instrument of payments.

By most critical Generation Y Generation X workers of this generation want to get everything at once, they are ambitious and have high expectations salary. The younger generation of workers characterize certain features. First, they are tied to digital technology in the work, and secondly, tend to value their time and interest that does not characterize another generation of workers. It is interesting that they have no fear of losing their jobs. Thirdly, they have a heightened sense of freedom and less attention to formalities.

Yarovaya R.V., Dmytrychenko-Kuleba H.M.

The purpose – to explore the features and the characteristics of such administrative punishment as public works and especially their application to drivers of vehicles for offences against the road safety.

It has been stated that the public works as a form of administrative punishment is scantily explored in the science of administrative law. Currently, the public works as a kind of administrative punishment is applied to vehicle drivers only for offences stipulated by piece 7, article 121, article 122-4 of the Codex of administrative offences of Ukraine. This is because public works is considered to be an inefficient administrative punishment.

It has been proved that public works as a form of administrative punishment, which is applied to vehicle drivers, is undervalued. Public works when properly applied to drivers-violators may be an effective administrative charge.

The necessity of the legal establishment of the administrative punishment replacement institute – replacement administrative fine on public works has been justified.
