Methodical bases of increase of competitiveness of enterprises of car service

The article presents methodical approaches to increase of competitiveness of the service center complex. The main components of the service center complex.

The object of the research – car complex of Ukraine.

The purpose of this paper to communicate the key components of car complex, to identify the factors influencing its development.

Research methods – comparative-descriptive, system-structural.

The emergence of a large number of cars on the roads leads to the establishment of service companies that provide maintenance, repair and selling them. This leads to a competitive market of service centers.

In article the factors which set certain conditions on the activities of the service center complex. This whole set of factors affects the choice of tactics of operation and development strategy of auto complex and evaluation of its production capacity. First and foremost is the types of cars that can be sold and serviced in the workshop, the potential volume of work on avtoservisne complex, the intensity of the sale in the salon, the intensity of the appearance of the car maintenance and repair, the nature of the types of maintenance and repair and several others. In the article the block diagram of algorithm for determining the directions of development of motor transport, which covers all stages of the implementation of actions that will ensure the selection of a strategy for further functioning of the enterprise.

The results of this paper can be used in the production activity of the enterprises of car industry of Ukraine.

Forecast assumptions about the object of study – offers basic accommodation for the best ways of improving the competitiveness of the service centers.

Analysis of current economic situation in Ukraine. Problem of the debt of the country

The article highlights the economic situation in Ukraine in recent years and analysis of the crisis of public debt.

Object of the study – economic situation, the relationship of economic indicators, the impact of public debt on the economy.

Purpose of the study – analysis of the economic situation in Ukraine, changes in GDP, the level of the budget deficit, revenue and expenditure of the budget in recent years.

The current situation in the economy was analyzed, was founded that the level of GDP in the last 2 years in USD currency fell by almost 2 times, this decline is due to the devaluation of the national currency, almost 3 times. The level of exports slightly higher than the level of imports, but it is the result of a significant decline of exports and imports, and this is a crisis indicator. The level of the budget deficit is normal, about 2%, which is necessary in view of the current situation in economy. The main issue is the economic crisis and negative trend in the level of the debt of the state. This situation requires the state stimulation, while we can not continue to borrow money as a critical threshold was exceeded, and experts say that an estimated debt level may reach the level of GDP in 2016.

The results can be used in planning the country's development strategy for the forthcoming years, planning diversification of revenue to the budget and development of the anticrisis tools.

Current trends of development in the economic diagnostics of enterprises state

The article substantiates the relevance of the theoretical and methodological development of economic diagnosis of the state of the domestic enterprises, including road transport. In the article the analysis of the origin and evolution of diagnostics of companies state with indication of the essence of economic diagnostics, of its main objectives, of the basic principles. As a result of the study the main problem of the use of diagnostic systems in the management of road transport companies had been determined.

Object of the study – the evolution of the role of the economic diagnostics in enterprises development.

Purpose of the study – to determine of the main tasks of diagnostics in economic activity of enterprises, the principles of its implementation.

Research methods – dialectical, logical methods.

In recent years, it expanded the scope of the use of economic diagnostics, based on which developed options for management decisions to improve the use of the potential of business entities regardless of ownership. If the first occurrence of economic diagnostics sphere was seen as a tool with which you can establish the diagnosis of the financial state and prevent the occurrence of the crisis in the financial aspect, in the current economic diagnostics is regarded as a comprehensive study of the enterprises state, taking into account the influence of factors internal and external environments. In recent years, special attention is given to the needs and market conditions, investment attractiveness, credibility, cost, potential development of the company.

The focus of economic diagnostics methodology is identifying trends and patterns of functioning of the object of research, the study of the internal and external factors of influence on the state of the research object, the establishment of diagnostic signs of the state of the research object.

Conducting economic diagnosis must comply with the principles of the study, namely: scientific, purpose, system, complexity, dynamism, objectivity criterion of certainty, informativeness and efficiency. These principles allow to adequately assess the reality, challenges, results or trends.

The results of the article can be used for improving the quality of enterprise management, increasing its efficiency and stability in a volatile environment.

Packaging and storage of goods in supply chains

The article pointed out that the difference in excess weight performance package has cause false declaration, and understatement of the amount of customs duties paid.

The object of study – transport packaging and classification features.

Purpose – to designate the place of the transport containers, among other types of packaging, selectively show its main technical parameters, conduct cross-analysis of the differences between different types of pallets and containers, formulate legislative regulation in the field of transport packaging.

Methods: methods of scientific identification and comparative analysis, abstract-logical method.

Data on the legislative regulation of the requirements for the packaging and transport packaging are the main types of transport containers for transportation and storage of goods (their parameters and characteristics), a list of companies that operate on the pooling system. The article is not considered the effectiveness of pooling in cargo delivery systems in domestic and international traffic, as well as questions on the collateral account of the container, its wear and utilization.

Our results can be used in the educational process.

The development of the research topic will be continued in the financial and economic area, with the addition of the effectiveness of pooling scheme in the supply chain.

Purpose of study – improvement of the mechanism of support for small and medium entrepreneurship in Ukraine.

Methods of research – method of abstracting, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, system approach.

Under present-day conditions the sector of small and medium entrepreneurship plays an important role in the development of the national economy. However, scales of development of small and medium entrepreneurship are much less than in developed countries, in particular countries – members of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development. The state support of subjects of small and medium entrepreneurship and objects of an infrastructure of support of small and medium entrepreneurship includes financial, informational, consulting support, including support in sphere of innovations, science and industrial production, support of subjects for small and medium entrepreneurship engaged in export activities, support in the area of training, retraining and advanced training of managerial staff and personnel of doing business.

Forecast assumptions about the object of study – improvement of the mechanism of ensuring economic security of international cooperation.

Development of foreign economic strategy in the sphere of transport services export of Ukraine

In this article there are considered the external economic problems of Ukraine in the sphere of transport services, the analysis is performed and the concept for solution of these problems and development of the whole sphere is offered.

Object of research – processes of integration of Ukraine into the international transport system and foreign trade of Ukraine in transport services.

Purpose of the study – development of methodological bases of Ukraine integration into the international transport system through conceptual approach to forming and strategy implementation of development of national transport services export.

In the conditions of globalization of world economy, the international service trade came to qualitatively new level. Services became an independent subject of international service trade, growth rates of service trade exceed growth rates of goods trade today. Transport services keep the steady second place in the international service trade, and Ukraine, having the sufficient potential of development of the transport industry, has all opportunities for bursting into the world markets of transport services.

Based on transport services export conditions, the article shows that, despite growth of volume indicators at all segments of the Ukrainian international markets of transport services, the potential opportunities of our country for implementation of the external economic expansion are not used in full.

Analysis of the structural and technological schemes of goods delivery

The article is devoted to coverage of the analysis of structural schemes of goods delivery and their transport provision.

The object of study – the structural schemes of goods delivery and their transport provision.

Purpose of the study – to set the phase of structural schemes of goods delivery and their functional filling and transport provision for the formation of new and improvement of existing systems of  goods delivery.

Methods of the study. Methods systematic and logical analysis to establish functional structural schemes filling the delivery of goods and their transport provision.

It is noted the lack of universally accepted terminology elements structural scheme of goods delivery. We describe the development of the structural scheme of the system of goods delivery to the change of functional content and options for transportation and technological schemes of transportation. It is shown that filling the block diagram of the process creates a picture of the effectiveness of the delivery of goods in general. The presence of mutual influence between the structural scheme and transport technologies is in favor of considering this complex object systems deliver goods as a whole. A definition for this complex object using the term structural and technological scheme of the system of goods delivery.  Classification of structural and technological schemes on the basis of: operating activities, the number of products in the system, type of cargo, number of levels, the number of points at the highest level of shipments to point lower, availability of transport links between places one level. This classification allows you to select from the set of all possible schemes of some typical objects of study and further develop efficiency measures based on their features.

Results of the study can be used for improvement of production, transportation and trade enterprises and organizations.

Projected assumptions about the object of study - the rational development of structural and technological scheme of distribution system of goods delivery.

Formation of criteria of quality of passenger transport services under conditions of European integration of Ukraine

The article examines the processes, criteria and factors to ensure the quality of passenger transport services.

 Object of study – processes to ensure the quality of passenger transport services in the context of European integration of Ukraine.

 Purpose – a study of the world experience in the formation of the concept of quality of transport services, summarizing the main factors that affect the quality of transport services, as well as the main criteria affecting the qualitative characteristics of the services of the transport.

Method study – generalization of fundamental works of Ukrainian and foreign scientists of economists is in the internal checking system, dialectical going, fundamental positions of economic theory, system-logical approach near research of the economic phenomena and processes.

Satisfaction the needs of society and economy of passenger transport services depends on the quality and timeliness of those services. Questions of quality passenger transport services are interested in users of transport services, companies providing them. However, the requirements and the basic criteria for assessing the quality they are different. If the passenger transport enterprise interested in providing their services with minimal effort and money, the service users in their assessment pay attention not only on the cost of services, but also on transport safety, comfort, delivery time, etc..

The quality of the transport  concept of integrated services, which is constantly being developed and improved. Global trends show that the quality of transport services must ensure the needs and expectations of consumers. Accordingly, it is increasing the importance of defining the qualities that affect the quality of service. Given the transient and dynamic nature of modern society and the lifestyle of the main consumers of the services the system factors and quality criteria must be flexible and dynamic to meet the industry's competitiveness on the European market of services. Awareness of the main criteria for assessing the quality of services will help to identify potential strengths and weaknesses. This will help improve not only the quality but also the process of enterprise management, industry, improve customer satisfaction of services received, will increase competitiveness.

The results of the article can be inculcated in-process services of enterprises of a transport complex.

Features of investing road transport sector on the basis of public-private partnership

The article investigates aspects of investment projects, public-private partnerships; the features of investment financing of road transport system on public-private partnerships; identified the positive aspects and risks of this partnership in building transport infrastructure.

Purpose of the study – the definition of the specificity of private and public investments in the road transport sector.

Methods of research – method of abstracting, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, system approach.

The country's involvement in global trade leads to increased load on the domestic road network, provides a substantial increase in transit trade flows, which inevitably necessitates the development of road transport system to bring it in line with technical, economic and environmental indicators of economically developed countries (to ensure year-round availability of transport infrastructure, creation and reconstruction of transport communications to overcome the technological gap with advanced transport systems the upgrading of the technological base with the use of innovative technologies, etc.). Thus, an important element of modern policy of the Ukrainian state on the intensification of the process of increasing investment in the transport infrastructure of the economy should be the pooling of the financial contributions of the state and the private sector, comprehensive support for investment activities, creation of favorable investment climate, through the mechanism of public-private partnership that opens new horizons in the development of this direction.

Fiscal reform of 2017: what changes may it bring for Ukrainians

The authors analyzed the draft law "On Amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine", analyzed future changes to the Tax Code of Ukraine.

Object of study – legislative changes to the Tax Code of Ukraine.

Purpose – analysis of tax changes introduced by the draft law "On Amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine", which will take effect from 01 January 2017.

In detail the upcoming changes and offer the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, one of which is to increase the term of registration of tax invoices and payments adjustments to these bills. Analyzed a Unified Register of applications for return of VAT refund to taxpayers of VAT. Systematized change in the administration of the value added in terms of electronic administration and order preparation and registration of tax invoices and payments adjustments to tax bills.

Future prospects and threats for socioeconomic development of Ukraine in the Fourth industrial revolution

The paper investigates common and distinctive features four industrial revolutions, analyzed the prospects and threats to economic growth in Ukraine in terms of four technological waves using SWOT-analysis generated recommendations for the implementation advanced strategy of social and economic development of Ukraine.

Object of study – socioeconomic development of Ukraine in the Fourth technological revolution.

Purpose of the study – identify prospects and threats to socioeconomic development of Ukraine in the Fourth industrial revolution and development recommendations for the implementation advanced development strategy.

Method of the study – economic methods, systems and comparative analyzes, and SWOT-analysis.

Results and innovation of the study – in the paper investigates of the socioeconomic development in the Four industrial revolutions that lead to the conclusion that common characteristics of all revolutions is the development of science and the use of new energy sources, new materials, the invention of new machines and technologies, new organization of work, expansion of specialization of labor, the emergence of new sectors, specific changes in transport and communications and social structure of society, its values, style and space life, behavior. However, unresolved problems of previous industrial revolutions transferred to the next and significantly deepened. SWOT-analysis of prospects for socio-economic development of Ukraine in the Fourth industrial revolution allowed us to determine the strengths and weaknesses of the further development of our country, and to identify opportunities and threats. Determined that development will increase from IT technologies in the national economy but not exports of IT services only. Recommendations are formed to implement the advanced strategy of Ukraine in the fourth technological wave.

Forecast assumptions about the object of study – implementation the advanced strategy of the development by IT modernization of the economic system and social infrastructure of Ukraine can give a powerful impetus to inclusive growth of our country and move it to the leaders in the world.

This article examines foreign investments and their impact on the economy, analyzes the flow of investments into Ukraine for the period 2014–2016 year are considered possible reasons for a decline in investment.

Without reliable investments can not ensure the creation and implementation of new technologies of modern organization and management of commodity production and marketing of products, development of market infrastructure, information society, but we know a lot of money abroad and investors are ready to invest, but they do not want to make risk and seek more profit, so any country tries to be attractive to foreign investment. The main factors hindering the formation of economic environment conducive to FDI in Ukraine is a priority market uncertainty transform the economy and slowness of privatization.

The major terms of FDI is to stabilize the macroeconomic environment and improving laws and regulations. But at the same time, these issues can not be solved without a common socio-economic stability in the country.

The characteristic of tourist recreational zones of Ukraine and their improvement on the basis of public-private partnership

The purpose of article is the analysis of the characteristic of tourist recreational zones of Ukraine and improvement on the basis of public-private partnership.

Object theoretical researches are methods of expert estimates of tourist appeal of the territory.

Object of research are tourist regions of Ukraine and assessment of their tourist appeal at introduction of public-private partnership.

Recreational zones in Ukraine is extremely important component of a recreational complex of Ukraine in general. Therefore its studying and the analysis it is urgent if we attract new investments into this branch.

Now the most part of information on assessment of tourist recreational zones of Ukraine became outdated and demands revision. Therefore for the best understanding of a condition of business it is carried the recreational zones of Ukraine given to tourist load for last year and the forecast for the future becomes. It will allow to make the analysis of investment into already existing objects and possibilities of creation new on the basis of public-private partnership.

In this work the analysis of an investment condition of recreational zones, and also evaluating improvement of the existing objects is carried out. The public-private partnership because it will allow is considered the best type of investments it is more useful to spend the budgetary funds put on development of regions and to realize the most effective projects in life.

This work studies genetic forms of contemplative and speculative acquisition. The author makes an attempt to recover the roots of conceptual scientific thinking, basing the research on the analysis of their both contemporary and antique predecessors work. Problems of calculation and payment of vehicle tax in Ukraine

The main problems and prospects of the investment attractiveness increase of Ukraine

The article deals with investigation of limiting factors of investment attracting and developing measures for the increase of investment attractiveness of Ukraine's economy.

Object of study – the investment attractiveness of Ukraine.

Purpose – determination and systematization of the main problems and prospects of the investment attractiveness increase of Ukraine.

Methods of research – generalization, abstraction, analysis, synthesis, graphic.

Ukraine's places in international rankings of investment attractiveness, ease of doing business, competitiveness, innovation, economic freedom and corruption perception were analyzed. The key constraints of foreign investment attraction were determined. Dynamics and structure of foreign direct investment were researched in a cut of investor countries and regions of Ukraine. The volume of capital investment of Ukrainian enterprises and the distribution of capital investment by areas of economic activity and funding sources were analyzed. The priority measures for the investment attractiveness increase of the national economy were proposed.

One of the conditions of economic growth of the country is training of personnel with a high level of professional competence. Under the conditions of IT technological development of countries the level of education becomes the main element of human capital, an important factor in improving the efficiency of enterprises. Effective human capital management needs reforming the national education.

The work focuses on one of the directions of the reform of education - the development of new educational programs for high school, using the concept of learning based on "competence approach” and evaluate the effectiveness of training. When this is taken into account the experience gained at universities in most countries of the world in the form of research results as the General and specific competencies.

The need for these and other reform steps in education due to the priority areas of socio-economic development of our country in the long run, entering the European and world educational and informational space.
